JNcQUOI Club House, part of Amorim Luxury Group, seeks a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, turning check-ins into memorable moments and making every guest feel at home.

You will manage check-in/check-out, reservations, and room allocations with precision, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Concierge to maintain flawless service standards. You will also mentor junior front desk teammates and uphold brand and safety policies.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a receptionist in luxury hotels or boutique properties.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, reservation systems, and guest services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome and farewell to all guests
• Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and room allocations with precision and efficiency
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Assist in supervising and mentoring junior front desk team members
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth service flow
• Manage VIP arrivals and special guest requirements
• Ensure accurate handling of billing, payments, and cash procedures
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations
• Support the Front Desk Supervisor in daily operations and special projects
• Act as a role model for service excellence and luxury hospitality standards
