Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs across Europe in digital advertising. You will help clients optimize self-serve advertising tools and achieve high campaign performance through chat, email, and phone interactions.

The role focuses on CSAT, empathy, active listening, and effective de-escalation, with comprehensive onboarding and paid training. A 12-month contract, private health and dental insurance, and meal allowances are offered.
