Closerhire is seeking a Sales Development Representative / Account Manager for our Lisbon, Portugal office. You will identify and engage new business opportunities, manage a B2B client and agency partner pipeline, and support onboarding of advertisers while recommending tailored digital advertising solutions to optimize ROI.

You will monitor campaign performance, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers.
• Recommend tailored advertising solutions and optimize campaigns.
