Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to proactively connect with potential business clients, promote digital campaigns, and drive revenue in English-speaking markets. This fully on-site role requires hands-on cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative selling to hit KPIs.

You'll use a CRM to manage opportunities from first contact to contract. Competitive base salary of €1,227.33 gross per month plus up to €320 KPI bonus, with onboarding and growth

Qualificações

• Direct outbound prospecting and phone sales experience in digital media/B2B is a plus.
• Must reside in Lisbon with on-site work capability.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly KPIs and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential business accounts in English-speaking markets.
• Qualify leads and present value-driven proposals to executives.
• Track opportunities from first call to contract sign-off in CRM.
• Educate advertisers on platform solutions to drive ROI.
• Hit daily and weekly KPIs for outreach, pipeline movement, and conversion.
