The role is 100% on-site in Lisbon, requiring EU residency or Portuguese ID, native-level English for business conversations, and proven outbound cold-calling experience.

Base salary €1,227.33 gross per month plus a monthly bonus up to €320.

Responsabilidades

• Execute structured outbound phone campaigns targeting potential business partners.

• Manage your sales pipeline from cold lead to closed account in the CRM.
• Explain how platform ad products deliver measurable ROI to clients.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and deals.
• Glean market feedback to optimize pitches and strategy.
