Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon is seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative to drive digital advertising revenue from a 100% on-site Lisbon office. You will lead cold outreach, qualify prospects, own the sales pipeline, and pitch tailored ad solutions to expand client footprint.

The role requires proven outbound calling and phone sales experience, strong English fluency, and resilience in a high-energy environment.

Qualificações

• Legal residency or EU citizenship required to work in Lisbon (no visa sponsorship).
• Based in or near Lisbon and able to work on-site daily.
• Fluent English (C1) for B2B outreach.
• Proven outbound cold calling and phone sales experience in B2B or digital ads.

Responsabilidades

• Execute consistent cold calling campaigns targeting prospective B2B clients in designated English-speaking regions.
• Locate key decision-makers, assess advertising requirements, and pitch tailored marketing solutions.
• Direct the end-to-end sales process and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Demonstrate how digital and community-driven ad solutions maximize ROI.
• Hit daily activity, qualification, and closing targets.
• Collect customer feedback to refine sales strategies and share market intelligence with management.
