• Outbound Sales: Execute structured outbound phone campaigns targeting potential business partners across core English-speaking territories.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective client goals, map out decision-makers, and pitch customized digital ad programs.
• CRM Management: Manage your pipeline systematically from cold lead to closed account within the CRM system.
• Consultative Selling: Explain how platform-native ad products generate measurable ROI for prospective businesses.
• Hit Targets: Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks for calls, qualified leads, and deals closed.
• Market Intelligence: Gather prospect feedback to optimize pitch materials and inform market strategy.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Criteria:

• Work Authorization: EU Passport or valid Portuguese Residency Card required (no sponsorship or relocation offered).
• Location: Must be living in Lisbon, ready for daily on-site work.
• Languages: Advanced/Native English skills (C1 minimum) for professional business conversations.
• Sales Experience: Hands-on experience in outbound cold calling (B2B or media advertising experience is preferred).
