Ignite in Lisbon is seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative to drive digital advertising revenue from B2B partners. This on-site role focuses on high-energy cold calling, qualifying prospects, and closing deals in designated markets.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, work in a dynamic international team, and benefit from a base salary of €1,227.33 gross per month plus a monthly bonus of up to €320.00.

Qualificações

• Legal status: Valid residency in Portugal or EU citizenship.
• Current location: Lisbon area, able to work on-site daily.
• Languages: English fluency (C1+).
• Background: proven outbound cold calling and phone sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute consistent cold calling campaigns targeting prospective B2B clients.
• Locate key decision-makers, assess advertising requirements, and pitch solutions.
• Own end-to-end sales process and maintain CRM records.
• Demonstrate ROI of digital ad solutions in pitches.
• Meet or exceed daily activity metrics and closing ratios.
• Share market feedback to refine sales strategies.
