Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue by prospecting and engaging advertisers for a leading digital advertising platform. This on-site role emphasizes high-volume outreach, pipeline management, and consultative selling in English-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales experience, excels in cold calling, communicates fluently in English (C1+), and is based in or around Lisbon with access to the local office.

Qualificações

• Mandatory criteria include valid Portuguese residency or EU citizenship.
• Residence in Lisbon, Portugal with daily on-site commute.
• Advanced to native English (C1) for international prospect communication.
• Direct outbound B2B sales experience or background in digital marketing/media advertising sales is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calls to business clients in English-speaking markets.
• Identify decision-makers, assess marketing needs, and deliver tailored sales pitches.
• Manage full sales cycle and track interactions and pipeline in the CRM.
• Educate prospects on digital media and advertising solutions to drive ROI.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, opportunities, and conversions.
• Gather market feedback to refine pitches and inform management.
