Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is expanding and seeks a Customer Support Representative. This front-line role handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures customers leave conversations satisfied.

You will work on-site with shifts 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00, Monday to Sunday, and must be fluent in Spanish and English. Nice to have prior customer-facing experience and being tech-savvy.

We offer a €920/month salary plus a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 installments during the first year.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn internal systems.
• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
