The team operates on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts and bank holiday coverage. We offer a monthly salary of €1,000 and a welcome bonus of €2,000 paid in 12 installments in the first year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
• English at least B2 level
• Comfortable learning and using internal systems
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Flag recurring issues for root-cause resolution
• Respond to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and up-to-date
