Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure performance goals across operations and meet client expectations in quality, efficiency and customer journey improvements.

You will engage with customers by calls or emails to provide guidance on Homeowners’ products, handle requests, analyze information, and drive continuous improvement. A high level of English, excellent writing and teamwork are essential; prior customer experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High level of English (written and oral).
• Excellent writing and communication with empathy.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services by incoming calls or emails.
• Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
