The role combines customer care, digital product support and problem-solving. This is a full-time on-site position with a 40-hour week, offering training and guidance before handling inquiries independently.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional, empathetic approach in customer interactions.
• Eligible to work in Portugal with valid residence permit.

Responsabilités

• Respond to business customers through chat, email and phone.
• Clarify account and advertising-tool questions.
