Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Lisbon seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold the brand’s exceptional service standards.

You will train staff, manage costs and guest relations to ensure a premium dining experience in a historic hotel setting, while advancing your career within a globally renowned luxury group.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management.
• 1-2 years in restaurant management and/or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.
• Visible in the operations, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Describe and ensure quality of all goods items, ingredients, and preparations methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for dining.
