Job summary

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead day-to-day operations at our iconic Lisbon property. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain cost controls while upholding the brand’s standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years in restaurant management, solid English and Portuguese communication, and a professional hospitality degree. We offer competitive pay, training, employee discounts, and meal benefits.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in restaurant management and/or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of service standards, cost control, labor and inventory management.

What You Will Do

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation


• Visible in the operations, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts


• Describe and ensure quality of all good items, ingredients, and preparations methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for dining

What You Bring

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Portuguese and English language


• Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management


• 1-2 years in restaurant management and or supervisory experience


• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
