A technology services company is seeking a Field Technician to support client installations and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site in Lisbon. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Portuguese, have proven experience with client installations, and possess a driving license. Qualificações

• Proven experience supporting clients with laptops and printers.
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and MacOS.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and remote access tools.

Responsabilidades

• Install, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement requests for user account changes in Windows Active Directory.
• Resolve micro informatics issues at the client's premises or remotely.

Conhecimentos

Fluency in Portuguese

Right now, we are looking for a Field Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon (Miraflores and Azambuja).

Responsibilities

• Proceeds to install, control and monitor software and hardware in our Desktop Management environments.
• Implements requests for user account changes in Windows domain Active Directory and email management systems.
• Resolves micro informatics issues primarily at the client\'s premises and / or remotely.
• Diagnosis of problems occurring in the network and in systems or operating faults.
• Hands and eyes to support another Claranet teams in our customer facilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
• Fluency in English (valued).
• Proven experience in installing, configuring and supporting clients (laptops and printers) – mandatory.
• Onsite support to customers; implementation and deployment of equipment in the field.
• Experience in Windows operating systems and MacOS (troubleshooting & installation).
• Experience in Office 365 management (users, mailboxes, distribution lists, licensing, policies, etc).
• Experience in Microsoft Office application environments (troubleshooting & installation).
• Management of users and groups in Active Directory.
• Access and permissions management in Microsoft File Share.
• Hardware and peripherals (troubleshooting, software and hardware installation).
• Knowledge of networking troubleshooting and configuration (valued).
• Experience in managing CMDB assets.
• Remote access tools knowledge and ITSM tools.
• Driving License.
