Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a premium consumer products project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist customers across multiple channels, handling product inquiries, orders, and post-sales support while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is full-time employment in a fast-paced, international environment with a 14-salary yearly structure and a meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and service focus.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to an international, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
