CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a premium consumer products project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist with product inquiries, orders, and post-sales support across multiple channels.

This full-time role offers standard hours 08:00–17:00, on-site work, and a 14-salary package: 1,100 EUR base paid 14 times per year plus a meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with orders and post-sales support.
