This is an excellent opportunity to join an international customer service team supporting customers across multiple communication channels. You’ll assist with product inquiries, order management, and post-sales support while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your Role

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries Handle post-sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution Deliver accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures Collaborate with international teams to provide seamless customer support Contribute to maintaining service quality and achieving team performance goals

Your Qualifications
