CloserHire is partnering with a leading insurance solutions provider in Lisbon, Portugal to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Representative. You will support clients with insurance policies, inquiries, claims, and policy changes in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

The role emphasizes strong French and English communication, professional demeanor, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Eligible to work in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French (C2).
• Proficient in English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, diplomatic and solution‑oriented approach to customer queries.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets.
