CloserHire partners with a global leader to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance project in Lisbon. You will support clients with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and communications, delivering a professional customer experience.

Ideal candidates are native German speakers with English proficiency, strong communication, and a collaborative approach. This is an on-site role in central Lisbon with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Native-level German (C2) and proficient English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication within a multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in policy administration systems.
• Respond to emails and letters with contract and policy information.
• Index and archive documents using internal tools.
• Assist with policy changes, payments and cancellations.
• Support customers with claims submissions and inquiries.
• Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets.
