Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you'll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

This is a full-time on-site position in central Lisbon with paid training, performance-based incentives

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Portugal.
• Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance.
• Team-oriented with a professional, diplomatic approach to handling customer queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Native-level Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contracts and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy changes.
