Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Experience with insurance policies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
