closerHire is partnering with a global leader to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support clients in managing their policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while delivering a smooth, professional customer experience.

This full-time on-site role offers a 14-salary package: 1000€ x 14, paid training, and opportunities for growth. The multicultural team awaits your contribution and language skills.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French at C2 and English at B2 for customer support.
• Experience handling calls and chats in insurance-related contexts.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the policy administration system and draft emails/letters.
• Conduct indexing and electronic archiving using internal tools.
• Manage policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Assist with claims submissions and policy cancellations; meet performance targets.
