Personalbuero U Herrmann in Lisbon is seeking English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project. You will support small and medium businesses across phone, email and chat, helping customers get the most from our innovative solutions while delivering a world-class experience.

The role is full-time with onboarding, about 17 days of paid training, rotating 40-hour weeks, meal allowance, private health and dental insurance, and an international working

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and problem-solving.
• Ability to de-escalate situations professionally.

• Fast learner with basic computer literacy.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist business customers with product, account, and platform inquiries.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support while resolving issues.
• Guide customers in using digital tools and self-service solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through empathetic communication.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
• Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.
