CloserHire is recruiting an English-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international digital technology project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide support via phone, email, and chat to business customers, helping them navigate product inquiries, accounts, and platform tools.

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Fast learner with good computer literacy.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
