Global CX Leader in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project. You will support small and medium businesses with product, account, and platform inquiries and provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels.

The role offers full-time employment with comprehensive onboarding and approximately 17 days of paid training, rotating 40-hour weeks, meal allowance, private health and dental insurance, and

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with empathy and problem-solving.
• Ability to de-escalate situations professionally.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Fast learner with good computer literacy.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist business customers with product, account, and platform inquiries.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support while resolving issues efficiently.
• Guide customers in using digital tools and self-service solutions.
• Build strong relationships through professional, empathetic communication.
• Handle confidential customer information with confidentiality and care.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality support experience.
