Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with Italian and English language skills. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service in a collaborative environment.

Base pay is €1,000.00 gross per month with a potential bonus of up to €100.00 per month. The position is on-site in Lisbon with a Monday–Friday schedule and generous weekends off.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian and English required (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Available to start on-site in Lisbon on October 8.
