Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Sales Development Representative / Client Partner / Account Manager to drive growth in the English-speaking market. You will connect with potential clients from advertising agencies, onboard new accounts and tailor advertising solutions to business goals.

The role offers exposure to digital campaigns, ongoing client management and collaboration with internal teams to optimise performance.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills.
1–2 years in digital advertising or ad tech.
Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns.
Familiarity with online communities and user behavior is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Connect with potential business clients and advertising agencies through proactive outreach.
Support client onboarding and campaign activation.
Build long-term relationships with agency partners and advertisers.
Understand business objectives and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
Help clients navigate advertising tools, improve campaign performance and achieve goals.
Analyse results, prepare proposals and reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
Handle objections confidently and provide strategic guidance to clients.
