Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a B2B Sales Representative for the Portuguese market to drive outbound sales in Lisbon. The on-site role focuses on contacting potential business customers, presenting payment solutions and negotiating agreements with decision-makers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a 40-hour week, training for 10 days, and a total monthly gross package of €1,162. The contract is uncertain-term with potential extension, and benefits include meal cards, health

• Fluent Portuguese communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in B2B outbound sales, telesales or business development is preferred.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.

• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential business customers using leads provided by the client.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and identify business opportunities.
• Present payment solutions and business management tools to prospective clients.
