Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to reach out to potential business clients, present advertising solutions, and guide prospects through the sign-up process.

You will use consultative selling to understand client needs, handle objections, and contribute to revenue growth while meeting individual targets. This onsite role in Lisbon offers a performance bonus, meal allowance, and holiday allowance.

Qualificações

• Language Skills: English C1/C2 level.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound calling experience.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, objection-handling, and business development skills.
• Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, professional, and target-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Support potential clients throughout the sign-up process.
