Glocal Tech Client in Lisbon is hiring an AI Customer Tech Advisor to join our growing customer support team. This role is technical and customer-facing, supporting users of AI-powered products and services.

The position requires hands-on technical support experience and an ability to start immediately. You will provide first-line and escalated support in English via chat, email, and phone, troubleshoot issues, document bugs, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to drive resolutions and

Qualificações

• Proven prior experience in technical support / IT helpdesk.
• Fluent/native-level English (written and spoken) – C1 or higher.
• Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal.
• Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Lisbon.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems, CRMs, and support software.
• Excellent written communication for technical explanations.
• Ability to start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email, and/or phone.
• Troubleshoot product issues related to AI-powered software, integrations, and platform functionality.
• Diagnose bugs, reproduce technical issues, and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams for resolution.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base and FAQs.
• Maintain high CSAT and SLA compliance on all tickets.
• Educate customers on product features, workarounds, and best practices.
• Identify patterns in customer issues and flag product improvement opportunities.
