Glocal Tech Client in Lisbon is hiring an AI Customer Tech Advisor to join our growing customer support team. This is a technical, customer-facing role supporting users of AI-powered products and services.

We’re looking for an English-speaking tech support professional who is based in Portugal (or eligible to work) and can start immediately, with hands-on technical support experience and strong troubleshooting skills to help customers solve real problems with AI tools.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
• Valid work permit for Portugal
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRMs
• Excellent written communication for technical explanations
• Available to start ASAP

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email, and/or phone
• Troubleshoot AI-powered software, integrations, and platform functionality
• Diagnose bugs and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams for resolution
• Document recurring issues and contribute to the knowledge base
• Maintain high CSAT and SLA compliance on all tickets
• Educate customers on product features, workarounds, and best practices
• Identify patterns in customer issues and flag product improvement opportunities

AI Customer Tech Advisor

to join our growing customer support team in

Lisbon. This is a technical, customer-facing role supporting users of AI-powered products and services. We're looking for an English-speaking tech support professional who is already based in or eligible to work in Portugal and can start immediately.

If you have hands-on

technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and enjoy helping customers solve real problems with AI tools, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and escalated
• technical support
• to English-speaking customers via chat, email, and/or phone
• Troubleshoot product issues related to AI-powered software, integrations, and platform functionality
• Diagnose bugs, reproduce technical issues, and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams for resolution
• Document recurring issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base and FAQs
• Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and SLA compliance on all tickets
• Educate customers on product features, workarounds, and best practices
• Identify patterns in customer issues and flag product improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory:
• Proven prior experience in a technical support / tech support / IT helpdesk role
• Fluent/native-level (written and spoken) — C1 or higher
• Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal
• Based in or willing to relocate immediately to
• Lisbon
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills-ul>
• Comfortableworking with ticketing systems, CRMs, and support software
• Excellent written communication skills for technical explanations
• Ability to start
• ASAP

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting AI/SaaS/tech products
• Portuguese language skills (not required, but a plus)
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or software troubleshooting concepts
