Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, invites you to join as an AI support specialist. You will help users with billing, account access, and troubleshoot technical issues while guiding customers in using our AI products.

The role is on-site, full-time, 40 hours per week with day shifts across 7 AM–10 PM; training provided and benefits include private health insurance, meal allowance, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or an educational/work background in a technical field.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong interest in AI and confidence using technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
