Job summary

Requirements include at least 6 months in digital advertising or related fields, problem solving, and the ability to explain technical details clearly. On-site work with rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in digital advertising, paid ads, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer-oriented with ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and online tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon with rotating 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist advertisers with inquiries related to ad accounts, campaigns, billing and access.
• Investigate issues affecting campaign performance, delivery and approval.
• Explain advertising policies and platform guidelines to users.
• Guide advertisers through tools and features to manage campaigns.
• Provide professional support via email, chat and phone.
• Document interactions, follow troubleshooting steps and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high satisfaction, quality and productivity in performance.
