Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is hiring for an international team supporting users of an AI-powered advertising platform. The role blends customer support with digital advertising knowledge to resolve issues across ad campaigns, accounts, billing, and platform functionality.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a customer-focused mindset. On-site in Lisbon with a 40-hour week and a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in digital advertising, paid ads, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advertiser inquiries related to ad accounts, campaigns, billing, and access.
• Troubleshoot campaign performance, ad delivery, and account issues.
• Explain advertising policies and platform guidelines to users.
• Guide advertisers through tools and features to manage campaigns.
• Provide professional support via email, chat, and phone.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and productivity standards.
