Cross Border Talents is hiring an Advertising Platform Customer Support Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, assisting users with ad accounts, payments, access, and platform functionality.

You will troubleshoot issues related to ad creation, delivery, billing, and account performance, while guiding customers through platform features and processes. A strong emphasis is placed on first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support for online advertising platforms.
• Interest or experience in AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English.
