Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel customer support via email, chat, and phone for ad accounts, billing, campaign delivery, and platform features.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting ad creation, delivery, policy guidelines, and account access.
• Educate advertisers on platform policies, optimizations, and self-serve tools to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain high first-contact resolution and effectively document and escalate high-tier technical challenges to product teams.
• Strive to meet and exceed QA and CSAT benchmarks.
