Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Logistics & Last Mile Manager in Lisbon to own last mile and reverse logistics across the Southern Cluster. You will partner with delivery networks, oversee returns and refurbishment flows, and drive cost efficiency in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with S&OP, Transportation, and Warehousing teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in last mile, reverse logistics, or end-to-end supply chain roles in ecommerce, FMCG, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, analytical approach, and ability to influence across functions.
• Experience managing external partners and driving measurable improvements in operations.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.
• Manage and develop a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners with KPI-driven governance.
• Lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Own capacity planning and forecasting across delivery and returns, aligning with demand trends.
• Interface with S&OP, Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Experience teams for alignment and execution.
• Build and manage relationships with logistics partners and drive performance reviews.
