Job summary

Emma The Sleep Company is seeking a Last Mile Manager for South Europe to own last mile and reverse logistics across the Southern Cluster, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency. You will manage a partner network and drive improvements while collaborating with internal teams for new product launches.

The role requires 3+ years in similar logistics roles, a strong ownership mindset, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in last mile, reverse logistics, or end-to-end supply chain roles in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work strategically and hands-on.
• Experience managing external partners and driving measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster with KPIs and governance.
• Lead capacity planning, forecasting and network design optimization with carriers and footprint.
• Coordinate with internal teams (S&OP, Transportation, Warehousing, CX) for smooth execution.
• Build strong relationships with logistics partners and drive performance reviews and innovations.
