Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a logistics leader to own last mile and reverse logistics for the Southern Cluster. You will optimize delivery networks, manage partners, and drive cost-efficient, scalable operations across outbound and inbound flows.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.

Formación

• 3+ years in last mile, reverse logistics or end-to-end supply chain roles in fast-paced settings.
• Strong ownership mindset with hands-on and strategic capabilities.
• Experience managing external partners and driving performance improvements.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across both outbound and inbound flows.
• Manage and develop a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners, driving performance through KPIs, governance, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies, root causes, and scalable solutions to boost delivery success and customer satisfaction.
• Own capacity planning and forecasting for delivery and returns, align with demand trends, and optimize carrier allocation and routing.
