Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Project Manager for end-to-end integrations across warehouses, last-mile carriers, and returns, covering our e-commerce and B2B channels.

You will lead integration projects, run UAT, improve guidelines, and coordinate with Logistics, Order Management and Tech to deliver reliable connections. Fluent English and 4 years in project management (2+ in integrations) are expected.

Qualifications

• 4 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in systems integrations.
• Knowledge of APIs, EDI, webhooks, file-based exchanges, data mapping and event flows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinating partners, tech teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects for warehouses, last-mile carriers and returns.
• Plan and run UAT and end-to-end testing across systems and partners.
• Improve integration guidelines, templates, checklists and playbooks.
• Support post go-live monitoring and hypercare.
• Coordinate external and internal partners, challenging timelines when needed.
• Collaborate with Logistics Managers, Order Management and Tech.
