Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a senior Commercial/Ecommerce lead to build and manage a強 team dedicated to the UK market. You will oversee Marketing, Logistics, Operations, CS, and P&L, steering growth and shaping strategy to become the market leader.

You will analyze growth structures, build value cases, and report on performance, while owning new growth projects and exploring new sales channels in a fast-paced, global team. This role is based in Lisbon with hybrid options.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial roles, ecommerce or retail.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; able to operate in a multinational environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow a UK-focused Ecommerce team.
