Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is hiring a Senior Launch Manager to lead multi-country expansion efforts, building and executing market entry playbooks, and coordinating cross-functional teams from Legal to Retail Ops to launch stores efficiently.

You will mentor a team of launch managers and network developers, shape go/no-go gates, optimize pipeline health, and travel regularly across Europe. Fluent English is required, plus another major European language.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail expansion or network growth.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling store networks across markets.
• Strong business sense, able to assess unit economics and negotiate deals.

Responsabilités

• Lead market-by-market launch strategy and sequencing across countries.
• Own pipeline health and 12-month openings view.
• Develop and enforce launch playbooks and stage-gate process.
• Define business cases and go/no-go gates before commitments.
