Jobtailor is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to monitor BAU ERP/Finance systems and manage JIRA tickets, ensuring clear documentation and timely updates. You will identify process gaps and translate business needs into functional specs, supporting AI-driven automation initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a BAU ERP role, with solid English communication, and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, and Power Automate.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
2–3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst/ERP Analyst role.
Experience managing JIRA tickets in structured BAU environments.
Knowledge of ERP areas: P2P, OTC, R2R.
Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, Power Automate) in business/Finance contexts.
Understanding of data privacy, governance, and responsible AI usage.

Responsabilidades

Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems.
Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, service requests, changes).
Ensure proper ticket documentation, classification, and follow-up.
Communicate ticket status and ETAs to stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows.
Gather business requirements and translate into functional specs.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows.
Explore copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA to automate repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams on improvements.
Champion AI and intelligent automation adoption within Finance and ERP operations.
Pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements.
Stay current with emerging AI tools relevant to Finance transformation and ERP.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
2 to 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments
Knowledge of ERP process areas: P2P, OTC, and R2R
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate, applied in a business or Finance context
Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance considerations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
