team.blue is seeking a proactive Business System Analyst to support BAU operations and drive ERP process enhancements. You will bridge Finance, IT, and Systems teams, ensuring effective ticket management, process improvements, and stable ERP operations.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation and responsible governance across projects. You will collaborate with Finance Transformation, IT, and Data teams to identify opportunities, document requirements, and translate them into actionable

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments.
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in Finance contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BAU support activities for ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, service requests, and change requests).
• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and follow-up of tickets.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on ticket status and ETAs.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows (P2P, OTC, R2R).
• Support design and implementation of automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Integration and Data teams to ensure alignment across systems.
• Champion adoption of AI and intelligent automation within Finance and ERP operations.
