team.blue Global in Lisbon is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to support BAU ERP operations and drive process enhancements. You will enable Agile delivery, bridge Finance, IT, and Systems teams, and ensure effective ticket management across ERP initiatives.

You will also explore AI-assisted workflows, automation, and governance to improve efficiency and smarter decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Analyst.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in BAU environments.
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools in a business/Finance context.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, service requests, and change requests).
• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and follow-up of tickets.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on ticket status and ETAs.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows (P2P, OTC, R2R).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support design and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Explore AI tools (Copilot, LLM-based assistants, RPA) to automate repetitive Finance & ERP tasks.
• Work with Integration and Data teams to ensure alignment across systems.
• Champion the adoption of AI and intelligent automation within Finance and ERP operations.
• Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders and maintain process documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to support BAU operations and continuous ERP process enhancements. In this role, you will support the Finance Transformation programme by enabling Agile delivery practices across ERP rollout projects, BAU evolutives, and change requests (CRs). Acting as a key bridge between Finance, IT, and Systems teams, you will ensure effective ticket management, process improvements, and stable ERP operations across the organisation. You will also play an active role in identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to drive efficiency and smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

BAU Support & Operations

• Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, service requests, and change requests).
• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and follow-up of tickets.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on ticket status and ETAs.

Process Enhancements & Automation

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows (P2P, OTC, R2R).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Explore AI tools (e.g. copilots, LLM-based assistants, RPA) to automate repetitive Finance and ERP tasks.
• Work closely with Integration and Data teams to ensure alignment across systems.

AI & Innovation

• Champion the adoption of AI and intelligent automation within Finance and ERP operations.
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends relevant to Finance transformation and ERP ecosystems.
• Support the documentation and governance of AI initiatives, ensuring responsible and compliant use.

Governance & Communication

• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of BAU and enhancement activities.
• Support backlog grooming and prioritisation.
• Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, system changes, and automation solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments.
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate) applied in a business or Finance context.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance considerations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
