team.blue in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to support BAU ERP operations and ongoing process enhancements. You will help enable Agile delivery across ERP rollout projects, BAU evolutions, and change requests, acting as a bridge between Finance, IT and Systems teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring JIRA tickets, documenting processes, driving automation initiatives (AI-assisted workflows, RPA), and ensuring governance and clear status

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years in a Business Systems Analyst/ERP Analyst role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in BAU environments.
• Knowledge of ERP processes (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools in a Finance context and governance considerations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• BAU Support & Operations: monitor ERP and Finance tickets, classify, document, and track status with stakeholders.
• Process Enhancements & Automation: identify gaps, gather requirements, and design improvements incl. AI-assisted workflows.
• AI & Innovation: pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements and ensure responsible use.
• Governance & Communication: provide regular status updates and maintain process and system documentation.
