Jobtailor is seeking a pragmatic Business Systems Analyst to support ERP and Finance systems in a fast-paced, international environment in Lisbon. You will monitor BAU activities, manage JIRA tickets, and translate business requirements into functional specs.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation initiatives including AI tools, and governance of AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams and keep stakeholders updated on status and ETA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Analyst.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in BAU environments.
• Familiarity with ERP processes (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and RPA platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy and governance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BAU support activities for ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets (incidents, requests, changes).
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of tickets.
• Maintain stakeholder communication on ticket status and ETAs.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in ERP/Finance workflows (P2P, OTC, R2R).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support process improvements and AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams on AI pilots.
• Stay current with AI tools and trends relevant to Finance transformation.
• Govern AI initiatives with responsible use documentation.
• Track BAU and enhancement activities; backlog grooming.
• Prepare regular stakeholder status updates.
• Document processes, workflows, changes, and automation solutions.

• Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets, including incidents, service requests, and change requests
• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and follow-up of tickets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
• Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate, applied in a business or Finance context
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance considerations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
