Your Role

• Assist subscribers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Provide support across social media platforms
• Help customers explore platform features and improve their overall experience.
• Make occasional outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Location & Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Schedule: Rotating day shifts & night shifts (depending on your preference and availability.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break)
• Salary: Competitive salary package
